Thank you for giving me a moment of your time. I would like to
tell you about some very exciting things that are going on at Zamigo / Shadownet. After a lot
of consideration, I have decided to partner with Internet America so that we
can provide you, our loyal customers, with more Internet products and services
and an even better Internet experience.
Internet America is one of the oldest ISP’s in the country.
They started in a tiny garage in 1995 in Plano, Texas. Over the years they have
built an Internet service business by treating customer’s right. You may
have even seen some of their advertising. They have the 1-800-Be-A-Geek phone
number, and their Web site is www.InternetAmerica.com.
Internet America has built a reputation in the community for
providing award winning telephone customer service. Also, Internet America will
be able to provide you with more added services than you are currently offered
– products including better SPAM filtering of your e-mail, faxes in your
email inbox, commercial services and more will be available in the very near

Let me reassure that you that you will not experience service
disruptions or pricing changes with your service. Your e-mail address will
remain the same. You will still get the same service or even better than what
you have come to expect. However, July will be the last month that you will receive an
invoice from us. Starting in August Internet America will either automatically bill
your credit card or withdraw your monthly payment from your checking account.
Your August statement will note that the funds have been withdrawn by Internet
